Thank you for shopping with Streetigic Fashion. As all our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for each customer after an order is placed, we have a limited return and refund policy.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Since our products are custom-made upon receiving an order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size ordered by the customer

Personal preference regarding color, design, or fit

Accidental orders

Delays caused by courier services after dispatch
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and size charts before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

The product arrives damaged

The product has a manufacturing defect

You receive the wrong item

The printed design differs significantly from the ordered product due to an error on our part
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the request being declined.
Refund Approval
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you via email.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
The exact time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment service provider.
Replacement Policy
In cases where a replacement is approved, we will arrange for a replacement product to be produced and shipped at no additional cost to you.
Replacement delivery times may vary depending on production and shipping schedules.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only if production has not yet started.
Because our products are printed after an order is placed, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after ordering.
Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled:
